Credit Cards Tab Import
Click the Credit Cards Tab
You must have a credit card or bank accounts set up prior to using this feature. If credit cards or banks need to be set up, please see Credit Card Setup for more information. |
Select the filters of User Selection, Card Status, Date and Transaction Status.
Defaults: User selection is self, Card Status is active, Date is past 30 days and Transactions Status is All. |
Click Get Transactions. A list of transactions based on filter selection will display.
Select the appropriate transactions to add to the expense report.
Add the appropriate expense type next to the selected transactions and click Expense.
The Expense button will only become active for selected transactions that are un-expensed or ignored. |
Select what to do with the selected transactions:
Create a new expense report, or
Import into an existing expense report.
You are directed back to the specific expense report you have imported transactions.
A new line item is created or a new expense report is created depending on the selection you chose. |
Import transactions into an expense report for self or as a delegate
You can import an un-expensed or ignored transaction into an expense report. |
Sort transactions by clicking on field headers: Trans Date, Post Date, Description and Amount
Filter all cards by transaction status of: All, Ignored, Un-Expensed and Expensed
Filter an individual card by transaction status of: All, Ignored, Un-Expensed and Expensed
Add a new credit card for personally linked cards by clicking on the add card icon
Update Bank Credentials, Refresh account, or Delete Card for personally linked cards
Inactivate and account instead of deleting it to be able to be able to display the transactions later. |
Edit: Payment Type, Activate, Make Visible to Delegate and Indicate Who Pays for personally linked cards
