If you’ve forgotten your password, or are experiencing any other difficulty logging into the Expense application, you may reset your password.
To Reset Your Password
- Enter your user ID and the e-mail address that is associated to your Expense account. (If either of these are unknown, you must contact the system administrator for Expense within your company to obtain them). Click the submit button when complete.
- Within a few minutes you should receive an e-mail with a temporary password. It is best to copy and paste the password from this e-mail into the password field of the Expense homepage.
- You will then be prompted to create a new password that makes sense to you. Please make note of this password, as it will be your assigned password going forward.
